Role

As an Assistant Facility Engineer (also known as Facility Coordinator, Building Systems Manager), you'll manage and maintain the facility’s infrastructure and systems to ensure efficient, safe, and reliable operations. This includes overseeing building systems, coordinating maintenance activities, managing facility projects, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in facility management, building systems maintenance, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in facility management software and tools.
