Path Engineering

As a Maintenance Manager (also known as Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Department Head), you'll oversee the maintenance of injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment, manage the activities of the maintenance department, and collaborate with the Production Manager to schedule preventative maintenance activities. You'll also be responsible for building top-notch mechanical and preventative maintenance teams, overseeing outside contractors, and ensuring customer deadlines are met.
