Path Engineering

As a Maintenance Manager (also known as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader), you'll oversee the maintenance of injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment. You'll manage preventative maintenance activities, build top-tier mechanical and preventative maintenance teams, and ensure production equipment is in excellent condition. You'll also oversee outside contractors, interface with other departments to meet customer deadlines, and enforce safety requirements.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, managing people/projects.
• Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting, Equipment Troubleshooting, Mechanical Troubleshooting, and Hydraulics.
• Experience with Industrial Automation Equipment and in a Manufacturing Environment.
