Maintenance Technician

Role
As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Repair Specialist, Maintenance Engineer), you'll troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. You'll work with schematics, technical drawings, and testing equipment, maintain industrial control systems, and collaborate with team members to ensure equipment and facility uptime. You may also fill in for a production operator as needed.

- 4+ years of experience in a similar maintenance environment or position, or managing people/projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
- Skilled in the use of shop equipment such as hydraulic and mechanical presses, bench grinder, drill press, mill and lathe, and assorted power tools.
- Experience with precision measuring equipment, such as calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges, and depth gauges.
- Experience troubleshooting PLC, equipment, electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and industrial automation equipment.
- Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (Allen Bradley, Schneider Electric), and Conveyor Systems.
- Willingness to bring your own toolbox and basic tools.
