Path Engineering

As a Shift Manager (also known as Production Supervisor, Shift Leader), you'll oversee and direct the activities of your assigned shift, ensuring product safety, quality, and throughput. You'll maintain effective relationships with team members, analyze production schedules, adjust assignments, and verify job correctness in various systems. You'll also be responsible for team member coaching, development, and conflict resolution. Additionally, you'll inspect raw materials, perform quality checks, collaborate with the Maintenance Department, complete shift reports, conduct safety walkthroughs, and interface with multiple departments to meet customer deadlines.
