Path Engineering

As a Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Manager), you'll lead and optimize production processes for high-quality metal fabrication. Your role will be instrumental in achieving operational excellence by managing a team of skilled workers, coordinating workflow, and maintaining equipment. You'll be responsible for meeting production targets, minimizing downtime, and upholding strict quality control standards. Your leadership and problem-solving skills will drive productivity, reduce waste, and ensure smooth and effective manufacturing operations.

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field or relevant work experience preferred.

• Exposure to Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is advantageous.
