Instrumentation and Electrical Planner

Role

As an Electrical Maintenance Planner (also known as Maintenance Scheduler, Maintenance Coordinator), you'll be responsible for analyzing, planning, and scheduling electrical maintenance activities. This includes ensuring safety, managing costs, achieving availability goals, and leading contractors for area projects. You'll also handle the procurement of required resources, equipment, and materials, and coordinate scheduled shutdowns and long duration outages.

Qualifications
  • Experience with industrial electrical equipment such as Electrical Power Distribution, A/C and DC motors up to 2300V, Instrumentation, distributed control systems, and programmable logic controllers.
  • Ability to plan for the safe and efficient execution of work orders, including safety requirements in the job plan, accurate labor estimates, material cost estimates, and duration of jobs.
  • Experience in managing costs and striving to achieve area availability goals, with a focus on providing detailed plans to reduce equipment failures.
