Role

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Maintenance Specialist, Maintenance Mechanic), you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing systems and equipment to ensure efficiency, performance, and reliability. You'll work on both mechanical and electrical systems, including PLC ladder logic, controls integrations, and traditional mechanical systems. You'll also monitor the production line for early signs of defects, plan repairs, and adhere to safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills, including troubleshooting abilities.
  • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, with knowledge of PLC operation, basic motor control circuitry, and equipment operation.
  • Ability to perform routine machining and parts fabrication or repair.
  • Good communication skills, leadership abilities, and effective planning.
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, sit, bend, squat, kneel, reach, ascend/descend stairs and ladders, lift up to 50 pounds independently, and operate equipment.
