Role
As a Production Associate (also known as Manufacturing Assistant, Assembly Line Worker), you'll play a crucial role in our manufacturing plant. Your main responsibilities will include operating equipment and tools to cut, process, and assemble window components, using material handling equipment, packing and labeling finished goods, and ensuring the highest level of product quality. You'll also be expected to maintain a clean workspace, adhere to all safety standards, and be open to cross-training across multiple positions and production lines.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in an assembly-line or manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment, use hand tools, and read a tape measure.
- Proficiency in English language and machine setups for production runs.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, lift (up to 50 lbs), carry, climb, push/pull, and perform other physical tasks.
- Dependability, flexibility, and ability to work well with a team.
