Role

As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Engineer), you'll perform tasks involving multiple maintenance or craft occupations to maintain machines, mechanical equipment, and the building structure. You'll adhere to safety procedures, use a range of tools, perform routine preventative maintenance, repair or replace defective equipment parts, diagnose mechanical problems, order parts, supplies and equipment, and assist other workers.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification as an Industrial Electrician and ability to work safely with electricity.
  • Strong mechanical skills, understanding of electricity processes, ability to read blueprints/schematics, and use test equipment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, manage time and projects, and basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, reach, push, pull, crouch, kneel, climb, work in standing position for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds.
