As a Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Maintenance Team Leader, Maintenance Manager), you'll lead a team of technicians, electricians, and machine operators. You'll ensure safety, oversee maintenance activities, develop preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot equipment issues, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

• Associate degree from a technical trade school or a High School diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of relevant maintenance experience, including supervision within a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and machine operating equipment and systems, with experience in Allen-Bradley PLCs and related programming software.
