As a Production Operator Lead (also known as Production Team Leader, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll be at the helm of our production operations, leading a team to ensure efficiency and quality. You'll oversee daily activities, troubleshoot equipment issues, communicate effectively with team members and management, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
