Role
As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Repair Specialist, Production Maintenance Operator), you'll be responsible for routine mechanical maintenance and repairs, ensuring the machinery works to a high standard. You'll also manage the performance of the machines in the work-cell, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a clean workspace. You'll be part of a team of 4 running your work-cell in a fast-paced environment, producing right size boxes on demand at a rate of 1k boxes per hour.

- Mechanical repair and maintenance experience in a production environment.
- Ability to repair and demonstrate troubleshooting methods in a timely manner.
- Understanding, knowledge, and experience with production/packaging machinery.
- Ability to read manuals, electrical diagrams, and interpret a variety of instructions.
- Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting, Equipment Troubleshooting, and Electrical Schematics.
- High School diploma or GED.
