Sr. Maintenance Technician

Role

As a Senior Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Specialist, Maintenance Expert), you'll ensure equipment uptime through in-depth troubleshooting and repair of all equipment failures. You'll act as a subject matter expert in areas such as injection molders, blow molders, fillers/cappers, labelers, case packers, conveyors, palletizers, and stretch wrappers. You'll also perform troubleshooting and repair of facilities and auxiliary equipment such as chillers, air compressors, Reverse Osmosis, other water filtration equipment, and general maintenance of the plant.

Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Skilled in the use of shop equipment such as hydraulic and mechanical presses, bench grinder, drill press, mill and lathe, and assorted power tools.
  • Proficient skills with precision measuring equipment, such as calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges, and depth gauges.
  • Experience with PLC Troubleshooting, Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans, Heavy Equipment Repair, Equipment Troubleshooting, Electrical Troubleshooting Skills, Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills, Hydraulics Experience, Troubleshooting Industrial Automation Equipment, PLC Programming Experience, PLC Wiring Experience, Troubleshooting CNC Machines, Experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
  • Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (Allen Bradley, Siemens), Conveyor Systems, Servo Motors.
