Sales Development Specialist

Role

As a Sales Development Specialist (also known as Sales Executive, Business Development Specialist), you'll be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement, conducting product presentations, managing the sales pipeline, and coordinating sales efforts with the team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software – preferably Salesforce, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to achieve sales targets.
