Role

As an Account Relations Manager (also known as Supplier Relations Manager, Account Manager), your primary role will be to manage and optimize relationships with key accounts, focusing on enhancing the value and efficiency of the supply chain. This role involves cross-functional responsibilities, including account management and business development, with a focus on strengthening existing account partnerships, ensuring quality and delivery standards, and supporting strategic goals. The sales function within the role will focus on deepening existing account relationships and driving mutual growth.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, supply chain, or business development within the manufacturing sector, preferably in metal manufacturing.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to manage and optimize account relationships.
