Role

As a Service Coordinator (also known as Operations Support Coordinator, Administrative Support Specialist), you'll provide operational support including clerical, administrative, and technical responsibilities. You'll handle phone & email correspondence, maintain and order supplies, schedule maintenance on equipment, and support quality objectives. This role also involves working closely with procurement, maintaining price lists, administering parts order entry and processing, and developing and maintaining record systems for training.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED (or international equivalent) preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, sales or service environment.
