As a Production Supervisor (also known as Production Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll lead a team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You'll be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and productivity, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and lean operations. Your duties will include directing plant floor activities, enforcing safety and sanitation rules, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing employee relations, and coordinating operations with other departments.
