Maintenance Planner/Scheduler

Role

As a Maintenance Planner and Scheduler (also known as Maintenance Coordinator, Maintenance Supervisor), you'll evaluate work requests, develop job scopes, and inspect job locations. You'll estimate labor hours, parts, and equipment required for jobs, gather relevant technical documentation, and maintain an organized work order backlog. You'll also conduct weekly planning and scheduling meetings, create a weekly technician schedule, and train site employees on the CMMS.

Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in a technical field with 1-3 years of maintenance scheduling/planning experience or 5-10 years as a machine repair technician.
  • Familiarity with industrial manufacturing environment and electrical/mechanical aptitude.
  • Proficiency with computers, maintenance systems, and applications including Microsoft Office.
