Path Engineering

As a Bearing Pad Fabricator (also known as General Manufacturing Worker, Production Assistant), you'll be responsible for various operations related to the production of high-quality conveyor belts. Your duties will include measuring, cutting, using small hand tools, completing work orders in a timely manner, and adhering to safety policies and procedures. You'll also use specialized equipment and techniques to meet customer specifications.

• Able to read and take measurements in both standard and Metric systems.
• Understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment, machines, and techniques.
• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with woodworking, industrial construction, machine setups for production runs, shop math skills, and blueprint reading.
• Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and occasionally lift up to 30lbs.
