Path Engineering

As a Bearing Pad Fabricator (also known as General Manufacturing Worker, Production Worker), you'll be involved in various operations related to the production of our products. This includes measuring, cutting, using small hand tools like sanders and grinders, completing work orders in a timely manner, and using specialized equipment and techniques to fabricate conveyor belts according to customer specifications. Adherence to safety policies and procedures is a must.

• Ability to read and take measurements in both standard and Metric systems.
• Understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment, machines, and techniques.
• Experience with schematics and technical drawings.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in woodworking, industrial construction, machine setups for production runs, shop math skills, and blueprint reading.
• Experience with various machines and technologies such as surface grinder, manual grinder, boring mill, punch press, stamping press, measurement gauges, hydraulic shear/shearing machine, band saw, and belt sander.
• Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 30lbs.
