Role

As a Mechanical Engineer (also known as Manufacturing Automation Engineer, Mechanical Design Engineer), you'll apply your engineering knowledge to the planning, design, development, documentation, and testing/debugging of a variety of instruments, equipment, systems, and/or software. You'll be involved in every stage of molecular diagnostics, from ideation to development and delivery of testing advancements that improve patient outcomes across a range of settings. You'll also have the opportunity to create and assign tasks for mechanical system maintenance programs, respond to escalations, execute repairs, and lead problem-solving efforts.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with SolidWorks and Microsoft Applications –Visio, Power BI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
  • Proven work experience with mechanical problem-solving in a manufacturing environment.
