Path Engineering

As a Manufacturing Supervisor (also known as Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Team Leader), you'll provide direct supervision of production employees, administer safety measures, manage work scheduling and assignments, train employees, and ensure production quality and quantity requirements are met. You'll also evaluate staffing needs, communicate effectively, and build a strong team. This role may require working either 1st or 2nd shift hours, depending on operational needs.
