Path Engineering

As a Production Associate (also known as Manufacturing Assistant, Raw Materials Operator, Finishing Operator, Warehouse Operator), you'll operate various machinery and equipment involved in the manufacturing process, adhere to all safety protocols, collaborate with team members to optimize production processes, and participate in process improvement initiatives. This role operates on a rotating shift schedule in a continuous operation environment, requiring flexibility and occasional overtime, holidays, and weekend work.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
