Role
As a Production and Fabrication Associate (also known as Manufacturing Associate, Production Operator), you'll be involved in the design, manufacturing, and testing of high precision aerospace components. Your work will directly support various crucial operations such as safety measures for warfighters, aid for firefighters and first responders, aircraft landing, rocket launching, satellite orbiting, and astronaut research. Your core duties will include preparing pressure vessel liners for production, aerosol painting, sanding cured pressure vessels, and UV coating. You'll also participate in 5S cell efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.
