Role

As a Department Supervisor (also known as Team Leader, Department Manager), you'll manage department expenses, conduct coaching sessions, prepare performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with work rules. You'll also attend meetings, interact with management and customers, handle customer complaints, and adhere to ISO processes. Your role will involve using enterprise systems, developing business relationships, and continually improving processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five (5) years of supervisory experience or demonstrated ability to supervise people and manage customer relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and comprehensive computer skills.
