Fluorescent Penetrate Inspector (FPI) - 3rd Shift

Role
As a Fluorescent Penetrate Inspector (FPI), also known as a Quality Inspector or Quality Control Inspector, you'll perform various inspection operations, including receiving, final, and in-process inspections on all part types. You'll also handle daily calibration checks, process materials through pre-clean operations, and perform process checks. Your role will involve high visual concentration inspections, maintaining quality records, and inputting data into the heat treat database.

- At least 1 year of manufacturing inspection experience; FPI experience preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in GD&T, Quality Inspection, and Blueprint Reading.
- Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), Measurement Gauges, Calipers, and Micrometers.
- Basic understanding of arithmetic operations and use of adjustable measuring instruments.
