Path Engineering

As a Machine Setup Specialist (also known as CNC Operator, Machine Adjuster), you'll perform machine setups, adjustments, minor repairs, testing, calibration, and operation of CNC and manual machinery. You'll also play a crucial role in implementing programs to minimize production changeovers and machine downtime, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

• Competitive pay range of $22-$34.

• Ability to interpret and execute complex oral, written, and visual instructions for machine setup.
• Experience with precision setup of machines or cells of machines according to instructions or established practices.
• Technical expertise with complex products, machines, programming, and processes such as heat treatment, gear cutting, grinding, and complex turning and milling utilizing multiple machine axes.
• Proficiency in G-Code, M-Code, and blueprint reading.
• Experience with CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Mazak, Haas, Okuma), CNC Lathe (5+ axis), and use of calipers and micrometers.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and manipulate up to 35 lbs and stand and/or walk for long periods.
