As a Production Supervisor (also known as Production Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing our manufacturing processes. You'll ensure quality standards are met, foster a positive work environment, and lead a team of production staff. You'll also monitor production metrics, implement productivity enhancements, and coordinate production schedules with other departments.
