Quality Technician

Role

As a Quality Technician (also known as Quality Assurance Technician, Quality Control Specialist), you'll be responsible for conducting regular inspections of products and processes, documenting inspection results, identifying and reporting any quality issues, and assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures. You'll also collaborate with production teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement, participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes, and support training initiatives for staff on quality standards and practices.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in quality assurance is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a quality technician or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
