As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Maintenance Specialist, Facility Maintenance Technician), you will perform routine maintenance and repairs, conduct inspections to ensure safety compliance, respond to maintenance requests promptly, and collaborate with team members to improve processes. You will also assist in the installation of new equipment and maintain accurate records of activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment.
