As a Quality Manager in a Precision Machining Shop (also known as Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Control Supervisor), you'll oversee the quality management system (QMS), ensure all products and processes meet or exceed customer expectations, and comply with industry standards like AS9100, ISO 9001. You'll lead a team of quality professionals and collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement in quality performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a quality management role within a precision machining or manufacturing environment, preferably in the aerospace, automotive, or heavy manufacturing industries.
• In-depth knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and other relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with quality improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis.
• Proven track record of leading quality assurance and control teams, driving continuous improvement, and managing successful audits.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Quality Inspection, Leadership/People Management, CNC Tooling, Lean Manufacturing Principles, Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Certification, Quality Control Data Analysis, Engineering, Manual Machining Skills, Manufacturing Environment, AS9100, Root Cause Analysis, Blueprint Reading.
• Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and Quality Control Software.
