Path Engineering

As a General Manager (also known as Plant Operations Manager, Manufacturing Operations Manager), you will oversee the entire Value Stream, including Profit and Loss, for the plant operations. You will be responsible for driving manufacturing operating policy, ensuring plant performance, and supporting sales opportunities. Your role will also include supervising, coaching, and coordinating activities of all operational departments.

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or equivalent work experience (20+ years manufacturing leadership experience).
• 10-15 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the plastic injection molding industry, with P&L responsibility at a plant/division level.
• Experience as a people leader with strong business acumen, analytical ability, and problem-solving aptitude.
