Path Engineering

As a Plant Scheduler (also known as Production Scheduler), you'll be responsible for the high-level management of the production schedule. You'll serve as the main link between the plant and corporate planning, ensuring alignment of operations. Your daily tasks will involve interdepartmental communication to help the plant achieve established goals and KPIs. Key performance areas include safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, on-time shipments, inventory levels, and financial results.

• Associate’s degree in supply-chain or related field, bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate respectfully with people.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with computers and applications, including Microsoft Office Suite. SAP and Blue Yonder experience preferred.
• Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills.
• Change agent with strong influencing abilities.
• Must be available for on-call requests.
• Forklift certification.
