Role

As a Sanitation Supervisor (also known as Quality Control Supervisor, Sanitation Coordinator), you'll oversee the plant's sanitation program during the 3rd shift. You'll lead the implementation and execution of sanitation protocols, manage sanitation staff, and serve as the technical liaison between the plant and external entities. You'll also be responsible for ensuring compliance with sanitation standards, leading improvement projects, and managing chemical usage and supply control programs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in food science or equivalent education and experience in sanitary food production and government regulations.
  • 2+ years’ experience in Quality, Laboratory, or Production with emphasis on Quality Control.
  • Knowledge in HACCP, Microbiology, Sanitation, Chemical Safety, Pest Control, and Quality Systems.
