As a Process Technician (also known as Injection Molding Technician, Production Technician), you'll be part of a team that values personal and professional development. You'll support complex program launches, review current programs and machines to improve production efficiency, and ensure safety features are functioning. Your role will also involve troubleshooting the injection molding process, documenting process parameters, making necessary adjustments to prevent part defects, and assisting with maintenance concerns/issues.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years experience in troubleshooting injection molding, with experience in mold setups.
• Experience in thermoplastic injection molding is required.
