As a Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Maintenance Crew Coordinator, Facility Maintenance Supervisor), you'll oversee the daily operations of the maintenance team in a large facility. Your duties will include responding to escalated issues, handling emergency repair orders, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards. You'll also be responsible for the repair and adjustment of various systems and equipment, including refrigeration systems, doors, dock boards, pallet racks, sweepers, sprinkler systems, forklifts, and pallet trucks.

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Certification in all RETA Courses, with completion of all (8) courses during the first 24 months for external hires.
• HAZMAT certification.
• 2+ years of maintenance mechanic experience, with ammonia refrigeration experience preferred.
• Ability to perform the same work duties as those supervised or perform more difficult or skilled tasks or assist in their performance.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work with hands in mechanically oriented situations.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, as well as interpret pencil sketches and diagrams.
