Path Engineering

As a Maintenance Mechanic (also known as Maintenance Associate, Equipment Technician), you will be responsible for all machine maintenance, including preventative maintenance, tier 1 repair of production equipment, utilities, and facilities. This includes mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair. You will also operate any necessary equipment, maintain a clean and orderly work area, and communicate any problems encountered throughout your shift.

• Hourly pay rate starting at $29.20 an hour, paid weekly, with eligibility for annual and skill-based wage increases.
• Eligible for benefits first of the month following hire date, including multiple medical, dental, and vision plan coverage options.
• 401(K) with 6% company match from day one, with 100% vesting in all company-provided money immediately.

• High degree of mechanical ability and aptitude with proven ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs on electro-mechanical equipment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to perform simple calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) and apply good mathematical reasoning.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and effectively with little to no supervision, and ability to assist in training others to improve their skills set.
