Role

As a Manager of Manufacturing Engineering (also known as Reagent Operations Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor), you'll provide direction to the reagent manufacturing engineering team, manage safety, strategic planning, and staffing, while ensuring product quality, delivery, and productivity. You'll also have the opportunity to drive continuous process improvement, implement new equipment, generate budgets, and control expenses related to labor and manufacturing variances.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Biomechanical Engineering) and 9+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to run site daily management meetings and set daily priorities.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and demonstrated ability to provide constructive performance coaching to individual contributors and supervisors.
