As a Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Team Leader), you'll oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment. Your key duties will include ensuring the efficient operation of automated production machinery and facility systems, leading a team of Maintenance Technicians, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and supporting production goals.

• High School diploma or equivalent. Associates degree, certification or higher within a technical field preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisory / leadership experience in industrial maintenance.
• Excellent understanding of continuous flow processes and high-speed manufacturing equipment operation, engineering and upkeep.
• Experience using a CMMS system for scheduling and planning maintenance activities.
• Must be proficient in the use of computer and software skills such as MS Office, Power BI, Teams, and email.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with proven ability to negotiate and influence effectively with internal and external partners.
• Strong problem-solving ability and analytical mindset, efficient decision making to ensure that all shift measurables are met.
• Excellent communication skills both orally and written. Ability to communicate technical and complex concepts.
