As a Production Shift Manager (also known as Shift Supervisor, Production Team Lead), you'll manage and direct activities of your assigned shift, ensuring product adheres to the highest standards of safety, quality, and throughput. You'll maintain effective working relationships with team members, analyze the production schedule, and make necessary adjustments to meet production targets. You'll also collaborate with various departments to ensure customer deadlines are met and champion a world-class safety culture.

• High School Diploma or GED required, Associate's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, with experience managing people/projects.
• Understanding of production processes and controls.
