As a Production Shift Manager (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Team Leader), you'll manage and direct activities of your assigned shift, ensuring product adheres to the highest standards of safety, quality, and throughput. You'll maintain effective working relationships with team members, analyze production schedules, and make necessary adjustments to meet production targets. Additionally, you'll be responsible for team member coaching, development, and conflict resolution.

• High School Diploma or GED required, Associate's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, with experience managing people/projects.
• Understanding of production processes and controls.
