Path Engineering

As a Senior Maintenance Technician (also known as Electrical Maintenance Specialist, Automation Technician), you'll enforce safety and manufacturing practices, train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures related to high-speed bottle manufacturing and packaging. You'll work directly with plant leadership to develop and execute projects involving continuous improvement, upgrades, and the resolution of re-occurring problems.

• High School Diploma or GED, Associate's Degree in manufacturing or related field preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in an electrical maintenance environment, managing people/projects, and in Position.
• Proficiency in RSLogix 5000, SIMATIC Step 7, Factory Talk Studio, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical and instrumentation diagrams.
• Experience with Krones, Husky, Sidel, or other packaging or bottling equipment.
• Effective communication of issues and solutions to cross-functional team members.
