Role
As a Regulatory Specialist (also known as Compliance Specialist, Regulatory Affairs Associate), you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our cosmetic products comply with all applicable regulations and standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Control, and Purchasing, monitor and interpret relevant regulations, ensure all products meet regulatory requirements, maintain organized records, and prepare and submit regulatory documents.

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry or related field.
- Previous experience in a quality control role within the cosmetic or personal care industry is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in regulatory affairs within the cosmetic or personal care industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and other relevant international regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams).
