Role

As a Stationary Equipment Operator (also known as Equipment Maintenance Technician, Stationary Engineer), your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the safe operation of all equipment, performing necessary inspections, adjusting settings for optimal operation, and maintaining accurate records of spare parts and inventory levels. You will also be required to undertake additional training as needed to keep up with new technologies and maintain necessary licenses.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED and 4 years of related experience.
  • Stationary Engineer license with proof of certification.
  • Experience with building automation systems including pneumatic and electronic controls.
  • Knowledge and experience of Boiler System, Ammonia and Freon Chillers, Air Compressors, Glycol and AHU cooling systems, Fire protection system, Air Handling system, Waste Water system and Hot oil system.
