Role
As an Assembly Technician (also known as Assembly Operator, Production Assembler), you'll plan and execute assembly procedures, file and grind metal parts, drill, tap, or ream holes, and align components. You'll also install moving parts and test their free movement, assemble gear systems, and install mesh cloth, perforated plates, or urethane panels. Additionally, you'll use hoists, cranes, and various tools to move or assemble subcomponents and test the operation of the completed product.
