As a Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Manager), you'll lead a team of production staff, implement continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshoot mechanical issues, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. You'll also utilize ERP software to monitor production metrics and streamline processes.
