Role
As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Repair Specialist, Maintenance Engineer), you'll perform expert-level break-fix and preventative maintenance, source parts and supplies, optimize maintenance procedures, operate machining operations, comply with housekeeping standards, and participate in continuous improvement activities. You'll also assist lower-level technicians, troubleshoot complex control systems, utilize predictive maintenance technologies, and complete on-the-job training for career development.

- High School Graduate or equivalent (GED), with an Associate's degree with a Technical focus and 5 years of related experience in a specific industry; or, 7 years of experience in a specific industry.
- Experience in predictive technologies, precision alignments, and general maintenance of applicable process equipment.
- Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting Skills, Equipment Troubleshooting, Electrical Troubleshooting Skills, Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills, Troubleshooting Industrial Automation Equipment, and experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
