As a Senior Maintenance Technician (also known as Manufacturing Technician, Production Technician), you'll play a crucial role in our high-speed bottle manufacturing and packaging process. Your responsibilities will include enforcing safety and good manufacturing practices, leading and training Operators and Supervisors, developing projects for continuous improvement, and troubleshooting machine problems. You'll also be expected to transfer knowledge to team members in areas such as blow molding, filling/capping, labeling technology, dry-end packaging, and injection technology.

• High School Diploma or GED, Associate's Degree in a related field preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment, with experience managing people/projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, ability to read and interpret schematics, and skills with precision measuring equipment.
• Experience in blow molding, injection molding, packaging, or beverage, and with equipment such as Krones, Husky, Sidel, or other packaging or bottling equipment is preferred.
