Role

As an IT Help Desk Coordinator (also known as IT Support Specialist, Help Desk Technician), you'll serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, manage incoming support tickets, and coordinate with IT team members for complex issues. You'll also conduct training sessions and assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.

Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a help desk environment.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and using ticketing systems and remote support tools.
