Role

As an Inventory and Dispatch Manager (also known as Shipping and Receiving Supervisor, Inventory Control Manager), you'll oversee the reception of finished goods from production into inventory, manage product dispatch to customers, prepare shipping and receiving reports, and handle any issues that arise during delivery or inventory management.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience. Experience in a shipping or receiving department is a plus.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret shipping documentation. Excellent communication skills to present information effectively and respond to queries from managers, customers, and the general public.
  • Good mathematical ability to perform basic calculations such as proportions, percentages, area, and volume. Familiarity with basic algebra and geometry principles.
  • Good computer skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets, word processing, and MRP/ERP applications. Forklift license and experience in a manufacturing environment are a plus.
