As a Maintenance Mechanic (also known as Maintenance Technician, Mechanical Maintenance Operator), you'll ensure the smooth operation of machinery and mechanical equipment in a manufacturing facility. Your duties will include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, efficient operation observation, machine part replacement, and root cause analysis.

• Starting rate of $23.25 an hour with eligibility for annual and skill-based wage increases.

• Two years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including successful completion of jobs requiring control of a mechanical process and inspection of product to meet quality standards.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems and determine product quality.
• Proficiency in equipment troubleshooting and experience in a manufacturing environment.
